CANCELLATION POLICY

RADIANT NOIR STUDIO POLICIES APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied to your service total. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking or within 24 hours of appointment approval. If a deposit is not received within this timeframe, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and offer the time slot to another client. All clients are required to have a valid card on file. By booking, you authorize Radiant Noir Studio to charge your card for deposits, late cancellations, and no-show fees in accordance with this policy. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Clients who no-show may be restricted from booking future appointments and placed on a booking ban list at the discretion of Radiant Noir Studio. NO REFUND POLICY All services are final. I stand behind my work and will issue a refund only if there is a clear application or service error on my end that cannot be corrected. Refunds are not issued for change of preference, individual retention, skin response, or results after the service has been altered. COMPLIMENTARY FIX / ADJUSTMENT (48 HOURS) If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I offer a complimentary fix or adjustment within this window so I can properly assess and correct the service in person. Fixes/adjustments must be completed in-studio. I cannot evaluate or correct services based on photos alone. LASH EXTENSIONS – AFTERCARE & ALTERATION Proper aftercare is required for optimal retention. Once lash extensions have been altered, removed, cut, or not cared for as instructed after the appointment, I am unable to guarantee the work or provide refunds or corrections. FACIAL SERVICES – RESULTS & AFTERCARE Facial treatments are customized to your skin at the time of service. Results vary based on individual skin type, home care, and lifestyle. I do not guarantee specific results, as skin may respond differently to treatment. Clients are responsible for following post-treatment care instructions. Reactions due to undisclosed conditions, sensitivities, or failure to follow aftercare are not the responsibility of the provider. MODEL PRICING POLICY Model services are offered at a discounted rate for training, timing, or content purposes. By booking a model appointment, you agree that: • Results may vary from inspiration photos and are not guaranteed to be identical • Additional time may be required for the service • A complimentary fix/adjustment within 48 hours is the only correction offered • Refunds are not provided for model services unless there is a clear, uncorrectable error on my end SERVICE EXPECTATIONS All services are performed with the health and integrity of your natural lashes and skin as the top priority. Certain looks or results may not be achievable without compromising safety, and services will be adjusted accordingly. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion.
